6 Panel comic of my characters discussing their favorite foods. Panel 1: Shen is staring thoughtfully at the ceiling. 'Uh, I don't know, I guess I like sweet stuff?' she says. 'I'm not picky.' A note beneath her says 'She absolutely is picky, but pretty much only when it comes to texture.' Beneath her are doodles of a cake, candies, half an orange, and a bar of chocolate. Panel 2: Vae replies with a single word, in Aesungaian. A translation below explains that she answered 'Khaiga', and elaborates: 'Small, savory cakes made from fish, eggs, and rice. Grilled mackerel is Vae's favorite, but you can use any fish you want.' There is an illustration of 'Khaiga' to the side. It's a small cube of scrambled eggs and rice layered atop each other, topped with a bright-orange sauce and a morsel of grilled fish. Nearby is a tiny doodle of Caelle tenting her fingers and laughing maliciously, next to a note that adds: 'Caelle makes them for her, and that's half the reason they're her favorite.' Panel 3: An extremely dramatic drawing of Caelle in a completely different style from the rest of the comic, hovering her hands over a large, golden-brown, star-shaped dish, surrounded by Aesungaian writing. A note below translates: 'Zehu koko Doshu. Basically the most fucked up lasagna you've ever seen in your life. Infamously difficult to prepare. Literally translates to Star of the Heavens'. Panel 4: Caelle explains her dish with an uncharacteristically-serious look on her face: 'A dish of legends. Five kinds of meat. Four kinds of cheese. Three kinds of pasta. Two kinds of eggs. One unforgettable meal. The ingredients are layered, stacked high, molded into the shape of a star, then wrapped in a layer of thick, chewy, potato-based pasta. I've only attempted to make it three times in my life, and I've only succeeded once. Still, even the failures were some of the best meals I've ever had.' A slice of the dish is drawn nearby, showing a nice cross-section of a dozen distinct layers of various meats, cheeses, eggs, and pastas wrapped inside. Panel 5: Caelle's mood suddenly returns to normal, and she happily says 'But pretty much any combo of grains and meat is my favorite. Especially with cheese. Ooh, and vegetables!' Vae interjects: 'You're describing most foods.' Panel 6: Claire looks directly into the camera and says 'My favorite food? The girl reading this.' Caelle exclaims in the background 'Wait I need to change my answer!'
